01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and yesb ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the yesb website, downloading the yesb app, creating a yesb account, or using any service provided by yesb, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on yesb, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each player is permitted to hold one yesb account only. If yesb detects that you have created multiple accounts — whether using the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — all accounts may be suspended and any balances across those accounts may be forfeited. 04 Deposits and Payments

yesb accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. yesb does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

Deposits are credited to your yesb account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. yesb is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing times or technical issues on the provider's end.

• All deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• yesb does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact yesb support as soon as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.
• yesb reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it suspects fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms.

By depositing funds into your yesb account, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used.

05 Withdrawals

yesb processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals are processed to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket accounts registered in your name. yesb does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

yesb aims to process withdrawal requests within 3 minutes for standard requests during normal operating hours. In some cases, particularly for larger amounts or first-time withdrawals, yesb may require identity verification before processing. This is a standard security measure to protect your funds.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100.
• yesb may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or other identity documents before approving a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• yesb reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if it suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• If your account is under investigation, withdrawals may be suspended until the investigation is resolved.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

yesb offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits. 07 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

yesb is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yesb platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with yesb games or services in a way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in yesb games or software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are not valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on yesb.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or insider betting on sports markets available on yesb.
• Using the yesb platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

08 Game Rules

Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a very large number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session results.

If resolution is not possible, the stake for that round will be returned to your yesb account balance. yesb's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

yesb reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to provide requested verification documents, or at the player's own request.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in your account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. yesb will notify you of the reason for closure where it is legally and operationally appropriate to do so.

If you wish to close your yesb account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting yesb support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

10 Privacy and Data
